Rick Blanco, CKD, President. Rick has been contributing to the cabinet industry since 1962. His widespread recognition comes mainly from his exceptional designing capabilities. He is a Certified Kitchen Designer and the recipient of many awards, the most recent one being the 2008 Florida's BEST Platinum Award. Rick also has an innate ability to interpret the client's needs and an unmatched capacity to listen patiently and intelligently. His need for perfection makes the whole team strive for complete customer satisfaction.

Teresita Blanco, Office Manager. In 1992, Teresita left her real estate career to join her husband in the business. Her organizational skills have been a great contribution to the financial success of Rick's Cabinet Tree. She loves to put a project together, insisting on faithful delivery schedules and timely completions. Our clients establish quick rapport with her and appreciate her ability to follow through with the completion of the project.

Armando Cordoves, AKBD, Process Engineer. While studying architecture, Armando started to work as a draftsman at a local cabinet plant and rapidly became a head draftsman. His architectural background allows him to quickly and accurately interpret drawings and his 40 years of experience in the cabinetry industry enable him to be correct and precise with details and renderings. Armando and Rick have worked together for more than 20 years. Armando is certified by the NKBA as an Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer

Jose L. Azcue, Chief Installer. Jose's engineering career was interrupted at age 22 when he came to the United States. He started to work in a kitchen cabinet plant and learned the trade from the bottom up, quickly becoming the foreman of the plant. Later on, he decided to take the challenge of installations and has been installing luxury kitchens for 18 years. Jose is an expert in detailing and in finding solutions to the ever present challenges of the construction site.

Rick Blanco Jr., Computer Specialist. In keeping up with technology, and to make the best use of all computer programs and systems available, Rick Jr. started by providing Rick's Cabinet Tree with technological support. He has now become an integral part of the team. Rick Jr. holds a degree in Graphic Design and is especially proficient with 20-20 Design cabinet design software. He avails himself to help with any task at hand and also makes an excellent cup of coffee.
