Rick's Cabinet Tree awarded two Platinum honors by S. Fla. BASF

RICK BLANCO, president of Rick's Cabinet Tree, displays his Platinum Awards.

Rick's Cabinet Tree of Miami Lakes was recently awarded two Platinum honors for the best kitchen design by the Builders Association of South Florida (BASF) and The Miami Herald.

The coveted recognition came during BASF's Annual gala in late April at the Westin Diplomat Resort where top builders, architects and interior designers are honored for excellence in the building industry.

Rick's Cabinet Tree received Platinum awards for best kitchen design in a custom single family home in the $1.5 to $2.5 million price range, and in the $2.5 to $5 million price range. Both kitchens are Hollub Homes, one in Pinecrest and the other in Boca Raton.

Rick Blanco, CKD, president of Rick's Cabinet Tree, said he is now eager to win recognition for a kitchen in Miami Lakes.

"Kitchens are no longer only a place for food preparation; they have become truly the heart of the home. As the family gathers here more than in any other area of the home, people are willing to invest more to make their kitchens beautiful and comfortable."

Rick's Cabinet Tree is located at 16387 N.W. 67 Avenue in the Windmill Gate Shopping Center. For more information, call 305-826-8711.
